Kinjas

Kinjas teammates work through a controlled ground sequence together.

Structured, age-appropriate training that develops real jiu jitsu, confidence, and sound habits.

Students learn how positions connect through fundamental transitions, escapes, balance, posture, control, safe submission concepts, partner drills, and coached live training when appropriate.

Age-appropriate training

We teach real Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with pace, pressure, language, rules, and expectations suited to younger students. Safety comes first, and class stays challenging without becoming overwhelming.

Real progress is built one class at a time.

Close coaching helps students make careful adjustments as they practise.
Partner work gives students room to apply technique with control.
Two Kinjas teammates practise a controlled standing grip together.

Progress takes time

Students build patience, focus, resilience, consistency, effort, attitude, and skill. Development is earned over time and does not happen on a fixed monthly schedule.

Competition is optional

Children who want to compete can explore that path, but there is no pressure. Training for confidence, fitness, friendship, or self-defence is equally welcome.

Our goal

Our goal is to help develop disciplined, respectful, resilient, steady, and confident young martial artists.
